community impact. SIP symbolizes investment, patience, and growth — the same
principles we instill in young men through mentorship.

SIP is not just an evening of refined taste; it’s a night dedicated to shaping the next
generation of leaders. Through purposeful engagement with corporate partners,
professionals, and community stakeholders, SIP generates critical resources that
support leadership development, college and career readiness, and long-term
opportunity for young men of color, ensuring measurable impact beyond the event
itself

Proceeds raised through SIP directly support educational initiatives,
leadership workshops, college and career readiness programming,
and year-round mentorship opportunities across the city. By
investing in Alpha G.E.N.T.S., SIP helps sustain a proven pipeline of
young men who are prepared to lead, contribute, and succeed—
strengthening both individual futures and the broader community.
