To commemorate the American Civil Rights Movement on Thursday, April 3, 2008, the Kappa Xi Lambda chapter held 40 Years Later: The Unfinished Business of the Civil Rights Movement, a town hall-style discussion of the progress of the African-American community in the wake of this historic period in America’s history.
